A 25% deposit is required to be paid at thetime of booking to be placed on our schedule. Please give our team a minimum of 2 business days advance notice if you are unable to make your scheduledappointment. With a 2 day advanced notice, your deposit is able to betransferred to a rescheduled appointment or refunded. If you cancel yourappointment without advance notice of the scheduled time, the deposit isnonrefundable or transferable. Final payment is due at time of pick up.
Paint Protection Film, Ceramic Coating, and Tint Drop offs are to be done by 9 AM on their scheduled workday or drop off appointment date. Late drop offs may result in a delay of the completion of the vehicle from the originally scheduled completion date.
After hours drop offs can be arranged and a drop box for the keys is located around the back of the building near the unit 101door. It looks like a black mail drop slot and an interior box will store the key. Perfect Finish NC is not liable for damage to personal property left onsite after hours.
Pickups are done by 5 PM Mon.-Thur. and 4 PM on Fridays to allow time for warranty and aftercare review with a staff member.If you are unable to pick up during these times, please give our team a call to schedule an after hour or weekend pick up to ensure a team member will be present for your final inspection. If a client must pick up after hours and is unable to meet with our team, once the vehicle leaves our property, the customer agrees to accept the vehicle in the condition it is in. If the client is unable to pick up on their scheduled delivery date, Perfect Finish NC will attempt to store the vehicle indoors, but may not be able to guarantee this due to work volume.
Scheduled same day appointments must drop offby 9 AM and will be called for pick up by 5 PM and 4 PM on Fridays. We cannotguarantee earlier pick up times prior to 5 PM but we will text you when thevehicle is ready for pick up during the workday. Please plan accordingly to bewithout your vehicle for the entire day.
Tint customers please be advised: the vehicle owner is responsible for adheringto window tint laws and restrictions. NC DOT has window tint laws for allvehicles registered in the state so please review the NC DOT website if you areunsure. Perfect Finish NC is not responsible for vehicle inspection failures, fines,or citations. Please also be advised this is an aftermarket tinting applicationservice. Though our team strives for perfection, there are times where smallcontaminants may become trapped under the film. Dog hair or excessively dirtyvehicles often results in contaminants becoming trapped within the tint, wehighly recommend tint customers either detail the vehicle prior to arrival orschedule a detail with our team prior to install to ensure contaminants, dirt,hair, and debris is cleared away prior to film installation. For windshieldtint, our experienced installers have noticed a slight glair when 80% filmapplied to the glass, we highly recommend going with out Evolve IR+ 70% tint tominimize glair and improve sight during the day and at night. *Be advised-Check the NC DOT website prior to having tint installed on your vehicle.
Paint Protection Film clients please be advised: this is an aftermarket PPF application service. Cosmetic imperfections may exist in your vehicles paint which may be visible under the film but will not impact the functionality or durability of the film itself. Removals and reinstalls will not be performed in these cases. These imperfections are often referred to as blemishes, nibs, or trash in the paint and may not be visible until film has been installed or cured. If you are applying paint protection film to a used vehicle and you have concerns regarding rock chips or trauma, please discuss this with a team member prior to installation.
This is an estimation of cost associated with the listed line items requested by a prospective client. No refunds will be processed for services rendered or sale of retail products. All sales are final. The vehicle owner is responsible for reviewing all aftercare recommendations and manufacturer warranty requirements to ensure compliance. Please ask a staff member if you have questions about aftercare following application of products here at Perfect Finish NC. Non-compliance or proper aftercare will void all warranties.
Film, Tint, Graphics, Emblems or Vinyl Removal customers please be aware: Perfect Finish NC will not be held liable for paint peeling, delamination or damage to paint or trim work. There are inherent riskswhen removing films, vinyl, graphics, or emblems, especially onaftermarket paint. Please discuss your paint concerns with Daniel or a memberon our management team prior to any removal processes.
